This rescue drone helps lifeguards drop life jackets to save drowning people at sea.
It’s called the Auxdrone drone and it’s made in Spain by General Drones The drone holds a self-inflating life jacket that can be released remotely by the drone’s pilot. It can even locate the drowning people in the water.

Once the life jacket is deployed to the swimmer in need, it keeps them afloat to give enough time for the rescue team to arrive. The drone has a live video stream that the operator can see to keep an eye on the victim.
Auxdrone is waterproof and designed for harsh environments including storms, winds and heavy rains. It’s also reported to be easily deployed within six seconds, helping avoid the risks of drowning.
