‘Robot Baristas’ Serve Coffee in South Korean Cafe as Customers Worry About the Human Job Market

A café Daejeon, South Korea has ‘hired’ robot baristas to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. This high-tech social-distancing measure uses a coffee-making robotic arm and a serving robot that can make 60 different types of coffee and serves up the tasty java to customers at their seats. These ‘caffeinated’ bots also communicate and transmit data to other devices.
